Join us  for a total body workout! What is Total Body Triple Threat? It is 30 minutes of Cardio, 30 minutes of Strength, and 30 minutes of Yoga. When: Saturday, October 7, 2017 Time: 9:00am - 10:30am 14 person limit; register early! After you register, please let us know what you would like to do for the cardio portion - options are: indoor cycling, treadmill, elliptical, and running outdoors. Sign up today!
